Business Development Manager
In the Business Development Manager role, your primary responsibilities will be new client prospecting and acquisition. This work includes engaging prospects for our suite of HR services, building and nurturing relationships with decision makers and executives, collaborating with our HR Services Team to connect clients’ organizational objectives to HR solutions and best practices, crafting service packages to meet their immediate and ongoing HR needs, and closing sales. This position requires a passion for sales, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to conduct a consultative sale in a team-selling environment, and a focus on outcomes. The ideal candidate will be innovative, energetic, and committed to helping businesses understand how they can improve their HR practices
