Our team is growing and we have a need for an HR Specialist to join the Mammoth HR Services team! The HR Specialist works with our clients over the phone and responds to HR questions. The HR Specialist will also develop and customize employee handbooks, provide handbook consultations, and create custom HR documents. This is all done in effort to make HR personal, approachable, and simple for our clients. This particular position requires a keen sense of prioritization combined with a well-rounded understanding of the HR field, including employee relations, wage and hour, leaves of absence, and benefits administration.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to cultivate, engage, and expand our strategic partner and vendor relationships with industry leading companies across the country. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to produce a pipeline of qualified leads from strategic partners for our Sales teams and to grow the value of our third-party vendor services. This position requires initiative, an outcomes-based orientation, analytical rigor, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for building productive relationships. The individual who fills this role needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
As an Application Developer at Mammoth, you will help create industry-leading software that enables employers to build their Human Resources skills and tools, and improve their workplaces. This role involves working both in our Rails and Node backend, as well as our EmberJS frontend. You will be part of a collaborative, results-oriented Scrum team committed to shipping great software.
The HR Consultant works with our internal team of HR experts to support our clients with their day-to-day HR questions, document needs, and employee handbooks. In addition, this person will be paired as a dedicated HR Professional for select clients, reviewing client audits performed by third parties, interpreting the results, analyzing for state and federal violations and risk, developing recommended best practices, and guiding the client through an HR action plan. This particular position requires a keen sense of prioritization combined with a well-rounded understanding of the HR field. HR Consultants are also the informal leaders of the HR Services group, so a portion of time will be spent coaching, mentoring, or reviewing colleagues work. Therefore, supportive and collaborative personal skills are of utmost importance.
